Using the need to track sexual predators as a justification, U.S. Sen. John Cornyn and U.S. Rep. Lamar Smith have introduced a bill that would require ISPs to log user activity — and store that information for two years.
My question is this: Why not just introduce a bill that limits a sexual predator’s use of the internet?
